In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the bts89 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bts89 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documentation to verify age at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, and any balance may be forfeited.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Members accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so in violation of these Terms and assume full legal responsibility for such access.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by any competent authority are ineligible to hold a bts89 Account.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion from the bts89 Platform or from any other online gambling platform operating under the same licensing framework.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on bts89. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access bts89's full range of services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and your own.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for any commercial gambling operation or syndicate.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other individual.

KYC Verification: bts89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or recent bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Suspension and Closure: bts89 may suspend or permanently close any Account that it reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the Member. Where a closure is the result of fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, any balance held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on bts89 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; any conversion of funds to IDR is the Member's sole responsibility and cost.

Supported Deposit Channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Channel availability is subject to change; current options are always displayed in the bts89 cashier.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000, subject to the minimums imposed by the individual payment channel. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited and may be subject to a processing delay.

Withdrawal Conditions:

1. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, unless bts89 has specifically approved an alternative channel in writing.
2. bts89 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
3. Withdrawals of amounts derived entirely from Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be approved.
4. bts89 targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days from approval. Actual crediting times depend on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider and are outside bts89's direct control.
5. bts89 reserves the right to impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed in the Member cashier dashboard.

bts89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion's landing page or notification, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms govern for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered the specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, a Wagering Requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies to all general deposit bonuses.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward the Wagering Requirement. Wagering on games with a Return to Player (RTP) above 97% or placing opposing bets (hedging) does not count and may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses expire 7 days from the date of issuance unless a different validity period is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
• bts89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse: Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated wagering strategies to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-risk hedged wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, bts89 reserves the right to cancel all affected bonuses, reverse derived winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently bar the Member from future promotional participation.

bts89 provides access to games supplied by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules published within the game itself and on the relevant studio's certified documentation. bts89 does not modify game logic or outcomes.

Sportsbook: All sportsbook wagers are governed by the bts89 Sportsbook Rules, which address settlement procedures, void markets, in-play betting, and event cancellations. Key principles include:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to the void-market and error-correction provisions below.
• bts89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the stake is returned in full.
• *Mix parlay* (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to settle as winners for the accumulator to pay. A single void leg reduces the accumulator by that leg only; a single losing leg voids the entire accumulator.
• *Voor bola* (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules, including half-win and half-loss outcomes on quarter-line handicaps.
• E-sports markets (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) are settled on official tournament results as declared by the relevant organizer. Disputed results are settled on the official organizer's final ruling.

Malfunction: In the event of a game or platform malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or data transmission failures — bts89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both casino games and sportsbook wagers. No compensation beyond the return of stake is payable for malfunctions beyond bts89's control.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bts89 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or submitting forged documents during registration or KYC.
2. Money Laundering: Using the bts89 Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. bts89 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live table games, or sportsbook markets.
4. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to standard human players.
5. Chargeback Abuse: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or e-wallet provider for funds already wagered on the Platform. bts89 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal channels.
6. Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bts89 Account under any identity for any purpose.
7. Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical fault to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.

All content on the bts89 Platform — including but not limited to the bts89 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bts89 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bts89 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bts89 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the bts89 name, logo, or branding in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bts89 website on any external domain.

bts89 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bts89.org/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling commitments include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
• bts89 does not sell Member personal data to third-party commercial marketers.
• Transaction and gameplay data may be shared with licensed game studios, payment processors, and anti-fraud networks strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to bts89's legal retention obligations and AML record-keeping requirements.

All data transmitted between Members and the bts89 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same encryption standard used by major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, and Mandiri.

bts89 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and bts89 takes the welfare of its Members seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

2. Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if bts89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Any unauthorized access to or alteration of a Member's account or data, provided that bts89 has implemented reasonable security measures.
4. Any technical malfunction, server downtime, payment network failure, or internet disruption that prevents access to or disrupts use of the Platform.
5. Any decisions made by a Member in reliance on information provided by the bts89 Platform, including odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional descriptions.

bts89's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bts89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments become effective upon publication at bts89.org/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

bts89 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes via a prominent notice on the Platform or via the contact details associated with the Member's Account. However, it is each Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the bts89 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bts89 support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which bts89 holds its international operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members are encouraged to contact bts89 support directly. bts89 commits to responding to Member complaints within 5 business days and making a genuine effort to resolve disputes at the first point of contact.

Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version that may be provided for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail.
